Step out of the bustle and into deep rest.
Join us for a nurturing 90-minute Yin Yoga and Sound Bath experience, designed to support your nervous system, soften your body, and still your mind. Long, gentle yin poses will guide you inward, creating space for release and reflection. As you rest into each posture, Angela will bathe the space in soothing sound frequencies—using singing bowls, chimes and voice—to help you drop even deeper.
This session is perfect for all levels, including beginners, and especially those needing a little extra care, stillness, or renewal.
