Our experienced teachers Keith and Tammy - A dynamic Father and Daughter Team - are dedicated to making your yoga experience enjoyable and accessible. They'll provide clear instructions, helpful tips, and personalised attention, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported at every stage.

Throughout this course, we'll explore foundational poses, breathing techniques, and the art of mindful movement. You'll learn to synchronise breath with movement, creating a harmonious flow that nurtures both body and mind.

No special equipment is needed—just bring an open mind and wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Our dedicated yoga space is equipped to support your practice fully and your practice may be done seated in a chair, or using the floor to standing method on a yoga mat. When booking please let us know your preference and any additional information that will help us support your journey.

🧡Learn to manage your practice through some common injuries, ailments, disease, and mental and emotional fluctuations.
